"My daughter and I arrived and we had 6 big black sacs of clean good quality clothes, asking the lady sitting down on her smoke break if she would like them and where to put them she pointed to the ground in front of her and said ‘here’. Once we finished unloading the van the lady does a very pathetic quiet ‘thanks’ How so very ungrateful, took all My might not to take those clothes back. If it wasn’t for generous people this person wouldn’t have a job! A smile and a pleasant thank you goes a long way!"
