Pizza Club - Chapel Road

"I hadn't been in here for a while but today head up their for a quick meeting. I went up to the counter and ordered two pizzas. The staff member who served me asked if I would like add their new dessert and i purchased it . Their mousse is so tasty to have. A must try for sure next time. Thanks for the great service by the lady at the counter."

"worst pizza club ever, the pizza is RAW from inside. It's not my first time this store gave me this kind of pizza. But I was like I should give them another chance. And I shouldn't have given them the chance, as the pizza from inside/centre is gooey dough and not properly cooked at all. If you eat the pizza while it is still hot, you sometime won't notice easily coz of warm cheeze and toppings. But the story is different when pizza cools down a bit and the cheeze starts to harden harden. I actully felt like I was eating dough with a bit of toppings. Apart from the issue with the base of thr pizza, have no issue with topping. I would Just AVOID this pizza club store CHAPEL ROAD, FLATBUSH. I read the recent reviews, and other customer like us are having trouble with this store. If you want to eat pizza club then rather try Papatoetoe store, the next nearest option. Papatoetoe store's pizza is far better than this store."

"My friend purchased veg paneer peri peri pizza yesterday and they gave chicken pizza , these guys ruined my religions centimetre and cause them meal and health traumas , even while filing a complaint they were soo rude and not taking responsibility. Shameful!"

"Pizza club has always been a favourite for years now. But I’m not sure how I feel about the chapel road branch nowadays honestly. Why is it that the prices continue to rise, and the pizza sizes and quality continues to drop? I’ve always believed that we pay the extra $ at pizza club for the quality, and they have always delivered - but it just seems like an ordinary pizza joint that sucks customers dry and leaves them with the bare minimum. For your prices (especially with the increases) I’m not sure why you keep downsizing your pizzas. It really is so deceiving, and I’m unsure whether other branches have been doing this, but I can confirm that my family and I have definitely noticed it from the chapel road branch multiple times now. In the pictures below, you can clearly see that all three pizzas have gone significantly smaller. Look at the gaps in the boxes. 2 / 3 pizzas were worth buying, but the Mirchi chicken was completely different to how it was described online too. You need to sort these sizing and quality issues out, because it is literally daylight robbery at this point."
