"Good clothes and good selections although bit over priced. The girl who worked on Sunday 27th Aug, literally no idea why is she even working there as she seemed so unpleasant and unfriendly, no greetings nor smile on her face even when we got quite a few clothes from the shop, don't think she is enjoying what she does and she sure has a bad unfriendly attitude towards customers. Won't be back as it's pretty unprofessional."
"Bad customer service; they don't do refund and be careful with items on sale, they refused to exchange item I bought on sale, saying that they can only change the size but cant exchange with another style even when I said I will pay the difference!"

"Great place, great shop, great location and great variety in center of Mount Roskill. In the shop you will feel you are in any J. store in Pakistan. Complete traditional outlook representing Pakistani culture. Very cooperative and helpful staff and reasonable price, however price tag is missing from many of the items. Sufficient parking on the road as well as ground floor parking behind the shop in Tulja Centre."
