"Firstly, all the good hairstylists have left due to poor management. Since Feb 2023 there's been nothing but power outages, phone outages (no one responds to voice-mails or even bothering to pick up the phone anymore) and now EFTPOS issues. Poor management of the salon & poor customer service for expensive prices I pay, doesn't quite stack up. Please do better!"
