"Went in store to buy myself new shoes on the 19th , Was told they didn't have the shoes in the store but would order them and send to me. Was told i would have them by Tuesday 24th. Thursday 26th i used live chat to find out as i hadn't heard about my shoes. they told me they will look into it. 30th just contacted to find out whats happening with order and told them i want to cancel order. Been told the order can not be cancelled. Will not be shopping through HYPE DC again"
