"Never again. For $305, i look like a tiger. 2 months ago I got my hair colored and I'm still waiting for the toner to work. No amount of washes have helped. I went to my appointment with a photo of what I wanted, warm caramel and hazelnut highlights to give some dimension to my untouched, rich dark brunette hair. The stylist said no problem she will make it look natural and sun-kissed- perfect. She came out with one colour, so much for my photo, but who am I to question the professional,put a toner in, rinsed and blow dried. I was gobsmacked at what was done. I had gold stripes on my head. I was in such shock I convinced myself the toner she had put in would surely tone down to harsh contrast but no. 2 months later I still look like a tiger. I never wear my hair out anymore because I am so self conscious. It's straw like, not supple, no matter what I do. $305! What a waste."
