"I walked into this store at 3.40pm on Fri 18th of August knowing that they close at 4pm. The person behind the counter proceeded to tell me that they were closing in 20 mins. There was no hello no greeting whatsoever. First rule in customer service is greet the customer and make eye contact. I was then told by a 2nd person the exact same thing. Absolutely no personality in this store. Not a pleasurable experience at all."
"Average enough store, with not much appeal. The two ladies who were volunteering/working during my visit seemed to enjoy a good gossip, and did not seem to want to greet anyone. Didn't get acknowledged once during my visit, and soon left."
"Very organized! It's the neatest op shop I've been to, and very spacious too."
"Wouldnt let me inside because I dont have a vaccine passport. This is a 2nd hand shop, not a restaurant. Alot of kiwis are out of a job due to this discusting government, we have lost everything. You CHOOSE to discriminate against your own.... hang your head in shame. Pathetic stance and shameful business"
"Went in before closing (I thought they closed at 4:30pm like the other two op shops nearby). The clock literally ticked passed 4pm and the shop keeper said 'we're closed'. I replied 'could you please wait a few moments for me to finish?' She said 'no' so I had to walk out. She shut the door abruptly behind me. Seriously rude! I won't be going back."
