The family Iron Bridge found to rent our home were fantastic. We had some initial issues with one of the property managers and communication, but after our house was reallocated to Charlotte, she was able to turn the relationship around with her great communication skills, ninja level Project management and hard work. Charlotte even took on dealing with a tricky roofing company who had done a poor job installing our new spouting. Being 12 hrs out of NZ time zone made things tricky all around."
