"Dont trust their online(google or website) times. Website and google showed, business open till 9:30PM. I placed order at 9:10PM because visiting mate in that area. 25 mins(9:35) was auto pickup time. I arrived at 9:25, because didn't want them to wait for me after closing time. Found shop was already closed, called mobile number written on piece of paper outside shop to place order, he answered and said staff need training, shop closed at 9, will refund money tomorrow if I'll call him again. I called store, CSR said I need to go to store to pick cash refund(paid online). He said manager not in store, will come tomorrow and I need to call again tomorrom if want online refund. I called mobile again but no answer. Forceing me to travel 30 kilometer just for my refund. What a convient customer service."
