Firstly, the service at Katsubi Silverdale was impressively fast and efficient. Despite the restaurant being busy, my order was taken promptly and my food arrived at my table in no time. This made my dining experience all the more enjoyable, as I didn't have to wait long to indulge in the delicious meal I had ordered. Speaking of the food, the quality was exceptional. I ordered the Katsubi bowl, which was a delicious blend of rice, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked chicken. The flavors were well-balanced and the portion size was generous, making it great value for money. I also appreciated that the restaurant used fresh ingredients in their dishes, which added to the overall quality of the meal. Lastly, I must commend the staff at Katsubi Silverdale for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Throughout my meal, the staff were attentive and friendly, checking in on me to ensure that everything was to my liking. This personal touch made me feel valued as a customer and added to the overall positive experience of dining at Katsubi Silverdale. Especially that young boy that works late in the afternoon , great can do attitude, lovely personality and very kind even helped me to my car!! "The food at the restaurant was alright. The staff were friendly & welcoming. I ordered the Large Bowls dish, which was decently sized, but not enough to wow me. Compared to my usual spot at Katsubi Albany, the experience was lackluster. The place wasn't very busy, but the service was a bit slow. They have this dish called the Red Bowl that comes in three sizes: Single for $16.99, Regular for $20.49. and Large for $23.99. I tried the Large Red Bowl, which wasn't very filling. I've attached a picture of it so you can see what you're getting for $23.99."

"Hands down the best Katsubi i have been to!!! Waited for us to travel from albany and made sure there was fresh food waiting for us! Amazing service!! Food is always fresh and delicious!! Staff are amazing and friendly! Owners are extremely invested,friendly and always around to help and chat. Shop is always neat and tidy. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! Thank you very much.
