"Completely agree with the previous review. We had a very similar experience. My husband and I were looking for a gift for my mother who loves Burberry. The security man followed us around the store and the shop assistant refused to make eye contact or to serve us. Again, the door had been locked behind us. We also will never be purchasing this brand again. Disgusted with the attitude. Would give zero stars if we could."
"Just had the worst customer service experience in my life at the Newmarket store. Shocking customerservice and rude attitude makes me never want to shop. We are a two professionals from Christchurch and always used to buy Burberry online. We decided we will never buy the brand again. As soon as we entered the shop they were right behind us following closely and when we were leaving we found that they had locked the door. That's extremely disgusting, RACIST and insulting. We don't even want to give the shop one star rating."

"We walked in the shop and waited around 10 minutes, there’s no sales asking if we need any help or not. There’s an Asian sales standing in right front us and got nothing to do but she just pretend she didn’t see us at all. Then I approached to other sales then she didn’t served us but served the other group of customer! Zero customer service. All we want are buying things but they just don’t care at all!"
