"The Boatshed accommodation bought 2x white lounge chairs in Dec 2019. As it is air b&b they only get used when guests stay, not 100% of the time. In addition to that, with covid and the lockdowns, it's been used even less. We noticed at the end of last summer that the white material had turned a yellow colour and when I phoned them to discuss this, they really wanted nothing to do with me and told me the warranty had run out. I would have thought a premium outdoor furniture company would have stood by their product?! We not only purchased the 2x lounge chairs but also the 5 seater lounger and a Shade 7 sail. So I would have thought they would have offered some sort of compensation or replaced them. On a final note and just to be clear, there was no cleaning product used only a water blaster. Not a happy customer..."
