"Wish there was a 0 star. A family member came on behalf of me to pick up my balloons and he walked out without $75 worth of balloons cause the person doing the balloons didn’t give it to him, and didn’t call to ask if we were coming back and didn’t stop him to say about the rest of the balloons. Went in for a refund and they claimed it’s not their fault because they made the balloons and it was my family members fault for not receiving them. Not helpful and unfriendly."

"Really disappointing they wouldn't give us a refund for two costumes that had not been worn. The costumes claim that one size fits most but they did not fit either me (I'm a standard 12) or my partner, who wheres a M mens. They fit like a tight top, rather than the dress length advertised. We had bought other items here and have previously supported this business. Unfortunately wont be choosing to shop here again."
