Look Sharp Store St Lukes

"This store is the worse store for customer service and blame, I had purchased some items here, only discovered when I arrived home that I had only received 1/3 items so I called the store and spoke to a rude woman that seriously needs some training in Customer Service! She could tell I was frustrated and angry, instead of dealing to my issue she had the nerve to serve customers whilst having me on the phone, very rude!!!! She was trying to blame me on losing the items in the car park when I was parked right outside the front door! Poor and rude customer service!!! My response back to the store: At no point did this rude woman ask me to return back to the store - an utter LIE, she blamed me that I may have lost the items on my way back to my car which was only parked right outside the store?? - an assumption on her part. I called your store having arrived home because the items were not LOST as you so put it, firstly some of the items were not even given to me, after speaking to this RUDE woman I searched high and low in my car and no items were found. The reason why I was angry & raised my voice was because she had the nerve to serve customers and putting the phone down whilst I was on the phone, she was not listening nor was she empathetic toward my situation, please take some consideration & accountability for the lack and poor customer service of your staff!!! If you had listened to the recording you would have heard your staff member talking to me in between conversations and serving customers! How RUDE, you can also tell that this staff member was not listening to me either, did you listen to that?? Now, I have over 10+ years of customer service experience and have managed staff before. This still does not change my star rating, pity there isn't a no star rating! I would be more than happy to speak to management in person about my experience and possibly offer some tips to this staff member about Customer Service and how customers should be treated.
