"Great range of car paints and can match your colour before making up the spray cans. Big range of panel repair products and paint preparation items. Some of the staff can seem quite abrupt but they know what they are talking about."
"Unfortunately the man on the phone was condescending when I was simply asking about how the process of colour matching works when I come in. Essentially he said "sorry I haven't got time for this right now I'm too busy - most people know what that means and I haven't got time to explain it." Said in a condescending tone. How is that meant to make a customer feel? You are the experts and we are seeking advice and guidance as a customer. It made me feel stupid when I was just asking some clarifying questions. Called another shop on the north shore and they were super friendly and explained everything with care and patience."
