At Waxnlaser Margaret St., we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointments. That's why we have a simple policy - if you can't make your appointment, just let us know. A quick phone call or a reply of "No" to our confirmation text is all it takes to cancel your appointment without any late cancel charges. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

We always strive to accommodate our clients' needs, which is why we maintain a waitlist for those looking to get in. If you let us know as early as possible, we can offer your appointment to someone else and avoid any charges. In the event that we are able to rebook your appointment time, you will not be charged for the late cancel.

Please note that if you run more than a few minutes late for your appointment, it may be cancelled and you may be charged for a no-show. We do our best to respect everyone's time, and being late can disrupt the schedule for other clients. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

While we generally advise against bringing a friend or partner to your appointment, we do make exceptions for certain situations. For example, parents supporting younger clients, carers with disabled clients, language differences, or cultural reasons. In these cases, we allow a support person in the room.

When you make an appointment with us, we reserve a room and therapist exclusively for you during that time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows result in costs for us, which we need to recover. Therefore, we charge 50% of the appointment price for a late cancel and 100% for a no-show, discounted laser, or a consultation booking. This cost recovery may be charged to your credit card immediately or the next time you book an appointment.

To ensure the smooth running of our salon, we may require clients to provide a valid credit card to secure their appointment. This is a standard practice in the industry and helps us maintain our high level of service.

Our Wellington location on Johnston Street is conveniently located between Midland Park and David Jones, with pay & display parking available in the street and a parking building nearby. In Lower Hutt, we are just 50 meters outside Queensgate, and our Cobham Court location is near the Cobb & Co restaurant.

Please note that our Margaret St. location is on level 1, accessible via the stairway between Empire Skate clothing and Angry Ramen restaurant. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access at this location.
