"Excellent service and great products."
"BEWARE!!! They sell poor-quality glass stems that don't even last a week. Chipped off the handle in 3 days after purchase. I went back to them with the receipt and they denied to acknowledge their poor quality of the product and rather blammed me. Won't go back anytime. Glasswares are fragile, I understand but this is not the flask neither did I drop it. It just chipped off and the head came off the stem while normal usage. The owner straight away denied listening and told me to buy another one. Reply to the owner: Like I said, it did not run it through cold water when it was hot, but, I simply tried lifting it with the tiny handle that is part of the product. It was very poorly build that it chipped away breaking the head of the cone from the stem completely. Mishandling cannot cover up for the fact that a $15, 3 inch glass product is very poorly built."
