"Purchased a herbal tea and hot chocolate. The cups were dirty! I asked for another one fit the tea and she found it hard to find one. And the new one she gave me was dirty. I asked for cold water for the tea which was poured out of personal looking water bottle into a grossly dirty glass with cake and greasy finger marks on it. We left our drinks and walked off understanding why every other coffee/cake cafe in Queensgate was busier."
"Muffin break is my favorite spot for a good coffee and a quick bite at the Queensgate mall. They serve a delightful spread of baked goodness including pies, rolls , and true to their name muffins. Ordered a combo of the savory feta/ spinach muffin and a vanilla flat white. It was Yumm. Staff were very friendly and service quick. Highly recommended."
