"Less than satisfactory experience. Held my item in auckland unnecessarily for 5 days, wouldn’t answer phone for 2 days and absolutely sub standard replies. They have now had my package for a week, and is now delayed 4 more days due to easter when it should have been here beforehand. Extremely poor customer service, and the worst tracking service ive experienced to date. Wouldnt use them again for the life of me, equivalent to Aramex..."
