"Fulton swim school is great, both my girls have learnt to swim with the team here. Friendly and welcoming, there's a great vibe in the training as well. Highly recommended!"
"A great swim school with friendly staff. My daughter just turned 6 and has been coming here since she was 18 months old. The pool and surrounds have been renovated over the years, so the facility is much nicer now than it used to be. The teachers are personable and keep enough pressure on the students to keep them engaged and help their progress. Wish I would have been told about the recent fee increases as I had no idea, so maybe communication needs to be better about those sort of things. Highly recommended."
"Too much bleach! Last weekend after her swim lesson my 20 month old daughters clothes dropped on the ground for a split second in the changing room. Imagine my surprise when we get home and find half her sleeve is bleached and there are bleach marks all over the dress she is wearing. Thank goodness I had another layer on under the top and dress that was ruined as I would hate for that strength of bleach to have come into contact with her skin. Two items of clothing completely ruined and a coat with bleach marks on the cuff. When I approached Fulton Swim School to replace these items of clothing due to them being damaged on their premises, they advised they would not replace them and seemed to show little concern over the fact there was bleach on the floors of a facility where primarily children are. They also set up my Fulton App to make me agree to their policies again before accessing the app. Billing, Rules/t&c's and a waiver. Not a happy customer currently."
"I approached Fulton's because they were in the "recommended list" for disability inclusion classes from Autism NZ. They were very unhelpful when I tried to waitlist my special needs daughter for private lessons. Strung me along for several months offering false hope then in the end just fobbed me off completely (no offer for waitlist or anything at all). Unwilling to accomodate and poor communication. I'm medical and work with many families with special needs children and would definitely not be recommending this place. Please take your name off the disability inclusion classes if you are so unwilling to accomodate."
"The 2 stars are for the teachers. They are amazing - Paige, Jack, Annie all of them are really good. The biggest issue I have is that they have max 8 kids in their class. There is no space for the kids to realistically kick and paddle or do monkey bars or anything else in that small space they have for the class. I have complained about this twice and haven't heard back; they have increased their fees and I don't mind that as long as it's worth it. As of now it isn't. Even 6 in that small space is pushing it, let alpne 7 or 8. We will be moving to another swim school where our friends go where they have a max limit of 6 and a bigger space. I would have loved to have continued my daughters classes here and had the little one we have on the way go there as well as I love the teachers. But wouldn't recommend Fulton to anyone as there will be no learning if there is no space, then it's essentially a waste of money."
