"Conflicting pricing on kitchen sink plugs. 1 rack had the item as 6.78, the rack below listed the same item for $5.73. Took 2 items 2 the till and both came up at the higher price. I explained that I wanted to pay the lower amount, had to take the cashier to the aisle and show her the Conflicting pricing. Needless to say I paid the lower amount. I know it was only $2 but it's the principle and $2 is better in my pocket."

"Great friendly staff. I went in looking for a couple of interior doors but i wasn't to sure on where they were. I found a really nice elderly employee and he directed me to the right area. He was really helpful in asking questions and even gave me some tips on fitting hinges etc to the new doors. A lot of Mitre 10 staff could learn a lot from this awesome guy."
