"This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Went in this morning, was not greeted. I had a browse in the shop and then proceeded to the counter as I needed some help. The female at the counter them made a call and the male said to me " just one second " He then made a call and was talking to a customer or colleague at another branch. The call finished and he then continued to write down some stuff that seemed like it would never end. All this time I was still waiting at the continue. I then walked away and went back to the oils and still no acknowledgement. I then walked out and told them that their service was pathetic. I then drove 10 minutes to Botany to get some good customer service at Super Cheap. Will never come back to that store again"
