"Booked my covid booster online as I am a type one diabetic and qualify for my next booster. Upon informing the older lady I was there for my booster she immediately asked my age and then said I was to young and tried to send me away. I then told her I am a type one diabetic and do qualify and I had done everything through the government portal which checks your eligibility and suddenly it turned out the man who could give the booster wasn't in and they are not doing vaccinations from mon-wens. Absolutely ridiculous don't trust the old lady to not waste your time and lie to your face."

"Most aggressive staff I have seen in New Zealand. Just have been a witness of most ugly service. Sales person refused to serve a woman without any rezone. I can understand that they are under stress, but they created today more problems then needed. I just turn around and went to another pharmacy."
