"A very poor overall experience. Initial phone calls and emails to get a quote for a gate went unanswered. When I went into the shop I was ignored by three "staff"... had no idea who worked there or not - I had to ask what was going on. Finally got a quote, no courtesies, no professionalism, no responses to my follow up questions via email once I'd reviewed the quote. Seems that the place is run as an old boys club and some new blood is needed. Would not recommend going there if you're a residential client!"

"Worst branch of Ullrich I have been to! They have no customer service and the staff there are not helpful. I went there after I have ordered some pipes 4:30pm on a Friday to find the place closed although the times on the door showed 5pm. As I stood there trying to see if someone can help as I saw two Ullrich vehicles in the parking one of the staff members came out of the building, saw me and just rushed of to his car and drove off. We do a lot of business with Ullrich but I will never buy trough this branch again."
