"A family member recommended James Henry for floor repair, so I was fortunate enough to see their expert craftsmanship and finishing before contacting them. Our 60-year-old wooden floor was looking worse for wear, especially after removing the fireplace some years ago. The concrete under the hearth needed removing and then that area repaired. Alongside that there were some fairly deep scratches, and many holes from previous owners. To look at it now, you wouldn't realise a repair was made, and there are no more drafty holes! The service and communication were excellent, the site was left clean & tidy at the end of each day. The timeline was clearly communicated, and they were flexible within my requirements too. "Thanks Chris for recommending getting our matai kitchen and bathroom floors oiled after previously being coated in polyurethane. Your workers Israel and Isaac did a fantastic job and took great care with our existing kitchen cabinetry. The oiled floor boards makes them look brilliant, it truly brings out the wood grain and has made the floors a much more lovely feature of our house (honestly far nicer than polyurethane as a finish).
