"No sink to wash dishes- washing them in the bathroom sink is just disgusting. Hot drink supplies were never restocked when the room was serviced, and every time they had been to do the service, they left a random flannel somewhere in the room. Over half the latches on the windows were broken or completely missing, so the wind whistled through them all night. The book listing things about the room, local area etc didn't look like it had been updated any time recently."

"Nice clean rooms with everything you need - kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. The TV has a smartbox but isn't connected to the internet, seems a bit odd but apparently is deliberate (I asked). Room had shower / bath. It was quiet most of the time (apart from traffic noise) but the Friday night the people in the room next door had a party and it was obvious the walls aren't that thick."
