"Good service from Liam at booking. We had to urgently return to NZ at short notice. We phoned lodge to arrange late night collection from airport and accommodation on arrival. Tam collected us from airport after midnight He explained there was no vacant accommodation so he had arranged for us to sleep in the lounge area for the remainder of the night. He provided blankets, secured our luggage in a locked room, provide towels and showed us a bathroom we could use, also provided tea/coffee/milk for use in an adjacent kitchen. All this service at about 1.00am in the morning. In the morning Liam came to see how we were faring and asked us to call at the office before we left. On arriving at the office we were offered a partial refund on our total fee paid. Both Liam and Tam were excellent to deal with. We will stay again when we need airport parking/accommodation. "We stayed in the family room. It has its own shower however the drain was blocked and after a minute it was overflowing. One of the beds sheets had small holes while another bed had stains . They sheet were clean but the bedcovers were not. Will say staff were helpful and friendly."

"I checked in real late. The guy in charge was a s absolutely helpful. The rooms were luke warm. The shower had pressure. The car park was literally right outside my door. And it was quite and peaceful. thank for the discount especially. Your on my Christmas list bro."

"Because the manager I dealt with was very unhelpful. I left my car for 2 weeks while in Australia. Had to pay 7days so no free parking after first 5 days. Had issues contacting manager on my return due to my phone not working, an airport official called the manager on his phone to tell him where I would be. When he arrived he continued to yell at me that I was costing him money and in the wrong place even though he had been told why. Totally a very rude man, will not stay at Westney Lodge again. They put me in an old boarding house where I had to pay extra for my own bathroom. No toiletries supplied. People banging doors all night. Only positive was a clean bed. Not recommended !!"
