But with immense patience and enormous perseverance, he got my WiFi connection, tablets, desk-top, smart phone, TV, and E-Reader sorted, all problems solved and everything is now up and running. Plus, I now have a much better understanding of what I'm doing. Jai has a great personality and his instructions are given in an easy-to- follow and kind manner. "I consulted Tech Buddies for IT requirements for our automotive workshop! DJ was sent out to have a look at the site and make recommendations on our requirements on a budget ~ these included monitors, laptops, ipads, docking stations, setting up WIFI and a printer in its entirety. He was spot on with the brief and extremely knowledgeable. He provided a solution I required that was fit for purpose even suggesting how I could go without something I thought was required (so rare as everyone tries to upsell something). Prior to me accepting the quote I received a call from the owners (Bas and Nikki) to go through the quote thoroughly to ensure I understood what I was getting and to schedule an install time and day. On install day DJ and J were on time - and extremely efficient - what I thought would take an entire day to install took them only a couple of hours and they were extremely helpful. All the equipment arrived in great condition as I purchased some secondhand items. Overall I am so happy and a huge weight off my shoulders with regards to setting up! I highly recommend and they also do web design and social media! It literally is a one stop shop for IT services. We will as a business be using Tech Buddies from now. Thanks Team!"
