"We were looking to completely renovate our outdated kitchen and were recommended to contact Wright Kitchens. We had an initial consultation with Mel in our home, who talked us through different ideas that could be incorporated into our anticipated kitchen design. She came back to us with ideas and plans that were exactly what we were looking for and which we accepted. The cupboards, drawers, roll out pantry and the pantry with roll down blind has certainly made the best use of our space. We then visited Wright's showroom in Trentham to select cabinetry, handles etc. We were given a timetable for the installation which included times and dates for the installers. Any changes to these were immediately notified to us by Nikita. The price of the kitchen was detailed so that we knew exactly what the costs were and when payments were due. Our thanks go not only to Mel and Nikita but the contractors (the guys who delivered the kitchen cabinetry, the kitchen installers, electricians, and the plumber). Thank you Wright Kitchens for a kitchen that we are proud to have. We have had nothing but positive comments."

"Granted it was during the highs and lows of the last few COVID years, we give grace. But communication was not a strong point, a timeline was never given to us at any point during the process. Although our kitchen at the end is almost everything I asked for in the consultation, some things got missed/forgotten (my fault for not reminding them as they were not routine requests), potentially other customers products turned up at our residence (they asked us if we had another clients items, but said items were clearly ours cause it wasn’t the same item), and just lack of communication through the project in general. Overall kitchen is 95% what we wanted. A year down the track a draw still isn’t working right from the get go cause we have uneven floors and the repair they did, didn’t necessarily make it better or worse. Not sure I’d recommend them if you’re into details."

"We enlisted Wrights Kitchens in late 2018 to design, build and install a completely new kitchen, which they did to a very high standard. They drew up just the layout we wanted, working patiently through multiple iterations of the plans. They brought in trustworthy, reliable plumbing and electrical contractors and overdelivered on what they'd agreed. They came to site regularly during the fitout to ensure everything was going to plan and made sure any snagging issues were resolved. Three months on we're still wowed by our new kitchen and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get their kitchen done."
