Our establishment offers comfortable and convenient lodging for both business and leisure travelers. As a point of interest, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a memorable stay for our guests.

At Takapuna International Motor Lodge, we understand that plans can change. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy. During the peak season, you can cancel your booking up to seven days prior to arrival without any cancellation fees. During the low season, you have up to three days before arrival to cancel without incurring any fees.

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation. This deposit will be charged to your credit card within seven days (peak season) or three days (low season) prior to your arrival. Please note that failure to process the deposit may result in the cancellation of your booking without notice. The remaining payment can be made upon arrival using your preferred payment method.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within seven days (peak season) or three days (low season) of your arrival, or if you fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. The total cost of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the credit card used for the original transaction.

If you wish to make changes to your reservation term, please note that it will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension of your stay is subject to room availability. Early departures may not result in a refund unless approved by motel management and the booked accommodation can be relet. Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability.

We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our property. Any behavior resulting in loss of income, damage to motel property, or excessive cleaning and restoration work will be charged directly to the responsible party.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms. In the event that smoking occurs, a specialist cleaning company will be engaged at a fee of $300. We reserve the right to charge this fee and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Visitors are permitted at the discretion of management. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors while on the property. Any deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property or loss of income to Takapuna Motor Lodge will be charged to the registered guest.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Please note that our peak season runs from November through to the end of April, including New Zealand public holidays, weekends, school holidays, and special events. The low season is from May through to the end of October, excluding New Zealand public holidays, weekends, school holidays, and special events.
