"Conveniently located suite hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed here two times both times my room was upgraded. Really appreciated having laundry. The views of the skytower are fantastic. Very easy check in and out. Keep in mind there is no place to pull up with luggage."

"Very helpful staff. We showed up early and we're able to check into our room. We also had to change on the day we checked out and they provided a bathroom for us to do so. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathroom shower was very refreshing with a nice powerful showerhead. The location is also perfect, right in the middle of a lot of the things you would want to walk to and cheap street parking nearby NZ$18 from Saturday noon till Monday morning)."
"Very pleased with this hotel. Spent two nights in March /23. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable - slept well! The kitchen has all supplies one could need and in the in room laundry and drying machines worked well. Location is great as well. A short walk to a nice park and grocery store, and the hotel is close to the train station / ferry terminal. No issues came to mind during our stay. Would stay again."
