"Handy location, high trained staff"

"I have been using the molemap service for years, and although I have had great service and contact from them when booking an appointment (spending money - a lot of money) when I recently made contact to update my family history of skin cancer after I found out it was quite prevalent, I didn't hear back for nearly 1 month and after multiple emails. I was concerned about the recent findings and not pleased to have silence after multiple emails. If I was booking an appointment I would have heard back almost instantly. Less than ideal. Only 3 stars due to previous good experiences"

"I posted the review, below with one star, then the team at MoleMap got in touch and were quite lovely and willing to listen and put things right. I've now changed my review to 5 stars for this reason. Their willingness to listen and to solve any problems has made me reconsider my choice not to use this service in the future. I rang to cancel an appointment as I am, unfortunately no longer able to afford it, but I was so harassed about it, about whether or not I could afford it Right Now and having a payment plan pushed, that it really has put me off making an appointment in the future, for when I can afford it"
