"Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The service received was first rate. A time and date was given to collect Ukulele and the delivery men turned up bang on time. the set up my Ukulele where I asked them to and again they were very helpful. The Ukulele is exactly as I requested and was also cheaper than other music instruments store in Wellington. I would not hesitate in recommending Rockshop to anyone. One point of improvement I see is there is no refund policy which is not very welcoming to customers. They are certainly the store I will go to for all my future musical needs."
