"Great shop and huge variety, but I am really unhappy with the service I received. I know nothing about paints and stuff and rely on the staff to inform me of what is good and bad. And also for my (and others') health. Asking for a paint to use for airbrushing, I was taken and advised on paint, but what the gentleman forgot to tell me is the paint is extremely hazardous and an ingredient is known to cause cancer. I would have thought that is something he should have told me about. Now I have to get a respirator to use the paint, and let's face it, this shop isn't cheap. I have no use for the paint UPDATE: The paint I bought is $12.50 and it isn't cost effective for me to spend 3 hrs and $50 on travelling to get a $12.50 refund. You should also update your website to inform people who shop online!"
