"The staff were totally unprepared. They didn't talk us through the treatment at all and I had to ask them. Didn't ask about the massage and what pressure, focus areas etc... I did mention at the time of the booking that I am pregnant and whether I could have it tailored to pregnancy - apart from giving me some pillows and it wasn't a pregnancy massage. The environment was very bland and I had to request for music to be put on. No candles (I understand this could be because it's a safey issue?) or any other form of aromatherapy or ambient lighting. There was mould in the corners of the shower. I had swapped the facial for a mani/pedi and the manicure was a truly painful experience as well. My nails were filed so unevenly I had to ask for them to just be cut short in the end. I would have expected a little bit better for the price! I had some good reviews from other people which is why I thought I'd make a booking as a present for my husbands birthday. But after the experience, we've had I wouldn't go back there. I also emailed them twice and didn't hear back. I guess the customer experience isn't a priority for them?"

"I did massages booking online which is simple and user-friendly. My only recommendation would be to confirm the bookings as I wasn't sure if my bookings was going ahead or not so I had to call in to check. I went with "Professional Medi-Facial" and "Foot Pampering Ritual". Leni was the one who taking care of these massages. I very much enjoy her company and amazing and relaxing massage. I also love their products as it doesn't cause reactions on my face (sensitive skin). I would definitely go back again."

"Booked the ‘Boss treatment’ for myself and my partner. Staff were friendly, however the treatments were less than satisfactory. If you like a fast vigorous massage definitely the place to go, however for relaxation not so much. Very repetitive movements over and over. Also very noisy during the massage with products and banging draws ect. I had previously been to the Tory street Body Haven, and this was an overall good experience, however not not so much with Willis street."
