With over 18 years of experience since graduating in 2002, I have developed a special interest and expertise in working with trauma, depression, grief, loss, and problems with early attachment. I firmly believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for significant healing. By building safety and trust, we can explore and address both surface-level problems and deeper, underlying issues, leading to transformative outcomes.

In addition to my background in psychotherapy, I have a passion for teaching drama. I have utilized drama as a tool to help children express their emotions and work through distress. This experience has further fueled my interest in early attachment and how our primary relationships during childhood can profoundly impact our self-perception and influence our ability to form healthy relationships.

My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, which means I examine how past experiences impact our present. I also incorporate expressive therapy techniques, such as art and gestalt therapy, when appropriate. This allows for a more holistic and creative exploration of emotions and experiences.
