"Only great things to say about the staff, unlike a lot of the other reviews. At least at the Britomart store (the Newmarket one definitely has a cold unapproachable vibe about it). I go in fairly regularly and purchase something every 2nd or 3rd visit. I enjoy that the range is constantly being refreshed but it's unfortunate that the women's section is a lot quirkier and fun than the men's. With the exception of some of the ERL pieces, it very much conforms to the 'safe' Kiwi vibe."
