As an establishment and point of interest, we are proud to offer Artesian Water Delivery from the Waiwera Valley directly to your tank. Our delivery service covers Waiwera, Wainui, Puhoi, Waitoki, and the Hibiscus Coast region, ensuring that you have access to high-quality water.

At Water by Nature, your safety is our top priority. Our water and delivery system are Ministry of Health certified to NZ Drinking Water Standards, giving you peace of mind about the water you and your family use for drinking and bathing. Our water is sourced fresh from a deep artesian aquifer on our farm, which is surrounded by the breathtaking hills of the Waiwera Valley.

What sets our water apart is its natural filtration and isolation for over 10,000 years. This means that it has been protected from man-made pollutants, ensuring its purity. Laboratory tests have confirmed that our water is naturally filtered and free from contaminants. In fact, the water in the Waiwera region was so renowned for its health benefits that the local Maori named it "Te Rata," meaning "The Doctor."

Unlike other water sources, our water meets NZ Drinking Water Standards without the need for treatment. It has the perfect mineral composition, which not only makes it safe to drink but also provides additional benefits. Our water is naturally "soft" and free from harsh minerals that can cause scale buildup on taps and kettles. It also leaves your skin and hair feeling softer, reducing the need for excessive soap and detergents.

Furthermore, our water has a naturally occurring pH of 9.4, making it alkaline. This alkalinity helps combat the acidity often caused by modern diets, which can lead to inflammation. Water by Nature is a partnership of friends: Rob Knight, Elaine Jones, Kerry Atkinson, and Neil Matthews. They have been close friends for over 28 years, ever since Rob and Elaine bought their first house. Rob, a former physio for NZ Warriors, is a health guru and oversees the Water by Nature bore supply. Elaine manages the operational side of Water by Nature while also running their 25-acre property, where they breed purebred Wiltshire shedding sheep and train horses. Their teenage twin boys attend Orewa College and enjoy playing rugby and basketball.

To ensure the highest quality of service, we have invested in a Hino truck and a custom-made lightweight polyethylene tank designed specifically for carrying drinking water. The light blue color of the tank helps keep the water cool during transportation. Additionally, the smaller size of our truck allows us to navigate tighter areas that may be challenging for larger water tankers. Our tanker carries 8200L of water, but we advertise 8100L as the minimum amount you'll receive of the best water available.
