"Arnie was so patient and knowledgeable when introducing the products to me, a beginner with no any prior experience, that I even felt that I would have to pay him if he gave any more professional, detailed, and comprehensive professional advices lol. No hard pushing sale at all. Arnie had really put himself in the customers shoes and thinking for me. Instead of simply selling me a $2k keyboard that I was after, he gave honest idea that $1k $2k keyboard makes little difference for a beginner, and he even used their system to try to find another shop with both options so that I could try both in person. In the end, although I learned that I might not be able to use all the bells and whistles that $2k one has anytime sooner, I still bought it, partly for the exceptional customer service delivered by Arnie!
