"Silent disco. Myself and my daughter usually like to walk around the city, but often we drive too much by car and we don't have time to walk enough. During Silent disco there’s music in your ears, but you also go to interesting places in the city that we would never normally go to. My daughter was mesmerised by the experience. The music and its different sound can encourage wellness and mindfulness. It’s absolutely changed the way I see Auckland central now. I believe that the frequencies plus the move we are experiencing with this event have the ability to change individuals’ chemistry. This has been one of the most unique experiences of my life, I came a little skeptic and am leaving as a true believer. The power of music and movements can change the mind set, mood and the self awareness. Also, this walk is like an imaginery theatre because its is not just the music, it has an actor voice/stories and the whole crowd is on a mission to complete some story goal. They change the story theme often. We went to the one related to Matariki"
