Great customer service goes a long way and I was disappointed that Wondermum was not able to advise the change before shipping the order. Being a first time mum and first ever homebirth I had done a lot of research on the right pool for me, and as you can imagine, being made abruptly aware of this change was bitterly disappointing. They do mention in their Ts&Cs that this situation is a possibility (which I regrettably missed), so if you are wanting to avoid disappointment it would be beneficial to check with other suppliers first."
