"I had 2 different people doing my nails. One of them was quite rude. The one that did my SNS was nicer but the younger one that did my pedicure was awful. I'm paying a lot of money for the service so the least I could get is a hi when I politely greet you instead of a grumpy stare. The same girl cut my toe quite badly and it wouldn't stop bleeding. It was so painful and she didn't apologise or even acknowledge it. She simply didn't care."
