"Pretty good selection of quality burgers and fries. If you phone order the pickup time is always understated which I guess is better than arriving for an order that has grown cold. They have a high turnover in the person who does the till, cooks the fries and final assembly of the order and operates the loyalty program. They often have problems with the loyalty program and get things out of sequence resulting in slow service. Efforts in better training and staff retention would be beneficial."
"Front of house staff were lovely and deserve better.Their boss didn't seem to care how he treated them infront of customers whatsoever. Can understand being stressed and under pressure but doesn't justify taking your stress out on young workers. Food also wasnt worth the wait."
"Went into the store it wasn't busy and the wait was a little long but wouldn't have minded it if the beef and blue cheese burger wasnt cold. Ordered curly fries but they were sold out and got waffle fries as a replacement which were still hot and nice. The garlic mayo is perfect with the fries."
"The burgers are yummy and the staff are nice enough but damn, they must clean and modernize the shop. Also, sometimes the service is a bit unenthusiastic. They don't deliver unfortunately and they always take about 5-10 minutes longer than what they say they will. But, like I said, burgers are yummy and there is not much competition around so I guess they're okay."
