"Customer service was appalling! The two ladies working in the store on Sunday 2 July morning were most unhelpful and I was accused of bullying one of them when I asked why their steamer was still broken after they said 'it had been broken for some time.' The coat I wanted to buy was creasesd and I know these creases don't just line-out on their own so iIasked if they could possibly give the coat a quick steam once I had purchased it.... and then was told that wasn't an option as the steamer was out of action!!! Come on Dotti, you need all the customers you can get in this current climate."
