We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we do require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge, and a no-show will incur a 100% charge. We only enforce these fees if you violate the terms of our policy. If you arrive on time for your appointment or cancel before the 24-hour deadline, no fee will be incurred.
