"What a circus been over a week trying to move my number to their network it was 6 days before they even got my number correct, told I could go in-store to collect my Sim but this store was just rude and useless refused to give a sim and refused to help me, lady was rude and arrogant and had no interest in trying to help me, please get out of customer service lady you have no idea and shouldn't be in that job. So after a week I give up will go elsewhere"
