"A very good site to book airfares , as they give you options - but if you have a query after booking , forget about it - I booked Eastern China , flying through Shanghai , where you still need a covid declaration QR code to pass through customs - even for transmitting , and the telephone staff were hopeless at providing any help or updated information"

They have been very unhelpful with my cancellation process and keep making up excuses that I won't get a refund but when I called the airline directly (before mix and match said that the airline did not have any phone number for them to call them directly and it had to be done by email which is false) I was told that they can process my refund once they escalate my case to the head office and even before that information was being processed mix and match went ahead on their own and told me I won't get a refund. Its a scam agency and I would advise people to go elsewhere."

"Be warned! Hidden costs involved!! They are sneaky and try to add costs that every day consumers cannot actually see!! Our ferry was canceled, so we could not make our flights. Mix & Match was extremely unhelpful, much more expensive than had we gone through the airline. We ended up having to call the airline for possible options as Mix & Match did not give us any. We spoke to 4 different Mix & Match consultants and were given conflicting information from each. Do not book via Mix & Match or any 3rd party. It is cheaper and easier to just book directly through the airline. Ignore the bait advertising. I will be filing a report to the commerce commission regarding misleading information and hidden costs that consumers can actually not see DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
