"Recently booked in WOF and service for Jan (as i have done the past few years) but when i arrived there was a note on door saying closed until 18 Jan. Managed to get hold of him and he had no record of booking. I have been going here for a few years and he has previously been late for morning car drop off but I could cope with that but this time was really frustrating. It is quite a difficult location to drop car off at the best of times. Have decided to take my business elsewhere. Hope you have better luck than me but i think having a good basic booking system would be an improvement."
