"Excellent room, location, price, service and so quiet. Room has microwave and kitchen wares bonus. Heater worked very well. Duane at reception extremely helpful with tips for meals, shops etc."

"This motel is exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and considerate greeting and check-in. Perfect location close to town. It was cold, so the electric blanket and reverse cycle heating unit was very useful. Roomy bathroom and hot shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Big fluffy towels. Slept like a log. Rooms are set back from main road so very quiet. Tea kettle, microwave, cutlery, cups, dishes, and a huge TV with all the channels and and easy to use remote control that works perfectly. It's not a glitzy modern hotel, or a twee bed and breakfast. it's a really comfortable Australian motel of a certain age. Well kept and maintained. Excellent value. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Daylesford."

"When it comes to traveling, finding a good place to rest your head at night is crucial. While some travellers prioritise luxurious accommodations, others simply need a comfortable and convenient place to stay. This was the case for my family and me during our recent trip, and we found exactly what we were looking for at a motel close enough to the heart of the community we were visiting. The rooms at the motel weren't anything spectacular, but they were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed for our short stay. More importantly, the staff at the motel were incredibly friendly and inviting, which made our experience even better. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful suggestions for local attractions and dining options. Although the motel wasn't particularly kid-friendly, the staff went out of their way to offer suggestions for activities that our children could enjoy during the short time we had before bedtime. They had map and brochures of needed of the area and happily suggested places that they thought would be most suitable for our family. Overall, while the motel may not have been the most luxurious or kid-friendly option, the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. And with everything the community had to offer just a short walk or drive away, we were able to enjoy our time to the fullest with our double room both which had TV's so both kids and parents could watch our own shows without the sound of the TV's interrupting one another. Didn't get a chance to take pictures of the room before kids had their bags unpacked with their clothes and toys everywhere!."

"We stayed on Saturday night after a wedding. Check in was easy, the hosts were helpful and offered breakfast. suggestions for local eateries. Ours was the King Deluxe Spa room, plenty of space, bed was fantastic and the bathroom spotlessly clean. A good full length mirror and hanging space for getting ready."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. My partner and I have recently chosen to stop supporting Airbnb and instead, start supporting local hotels and motels. Very glad for the Daylesford Central Motor Inn to have been one of our first. The area is beautiful, incredibly clean and comfortable, and service was fantastic! Will definitely be back on our next trip to the area"
