"Dont get me wrong, whilst this is not a good review, the lady at the front counter was very nice, very polite, informative and a good person. The front counter lady represented VTNZ Kumeu in a good light today, 5 star performance for her. But… Every time I have gone here for a WOF I have to wait for extreme amount of time. It’s not because they are busy, it’s because they do not employ enough staff to cope with the queue. Today I was only the third car in line and the estimated time for me to get through this place was 1 hour and 20 minutes = 1 and 1/2 hours when you allow for minor delays. Sadly, it is the same every time, they employ too few people so they can maximise their profit but this means their customers mean nothing to them, their customers can just wait. How else does a queue of 3 cars at 10.45am = a 1.5 hour delay? Answer = Making customers waste their time means nothing versus minimising costs and maximising profit. There are other places that can do a WOF."
